ABOUT LUPE Lupe I. Torre is the Founder of MONIFA.com. She has over 20 years of varied business experience in multiple disciplines and corporate functions, giving her a broad spectrum of knowledge and expertise. She has written articles, taught at the college level, and developed and conducted training programs for small and large organizations in both the private and public sectors. Before venturing out on her own, Lupe successfully set up and managed new sales territories for two major drug companies. As founder and President of SBS, she served as a financial and business management consultant to entrepreneurs. It was out of this experience that her coaching practice began: Using her talents as a manager, consultant, trainer, business owner and mentor to assist people in being the best they can be. Born in Cuba, Lupe is bilingual, English/Spanish, and bicultural. She is a graduate of Coach University and Corporate Coach University, and received a Masters degree from Florida State University. She is licensed to conduct The Coaching Clinic (TM) and administer the Personal Coaching Styles Inventory (PCSI) (TM). Lupe is certified as a Minority Owned Business (MBE) by the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council (NMSDC). She is a graduate of the United Way's Hispanic Leadership Program, Philadelphia, PA. In her coaching and training, Lupe uses her sense of humor, warmth, enthusiasm and wisdom to provide a supportive environment and gently encourage and challenge her clients to: Translate their dreams into achievable goals, and to maintain the momentum necessary to achieve those goals.
