Through our Coaching, Consulting and Training services, we assist your organization in enhancing the productivity and creativity of your diverse workforce, and decreasing turnover. Our services and programs focus on the creation of an inclusive work environment that builds on the strengths and uniqueness of your employees, supervisors, and managers, and promotes job satisfaction. Services offered include:
COACHING: Individual, group and shadow; over the telephone or in person.
TRAINING: On-site, as teleclasses (workshops over the telephone), and as e-learning. We customize all courses to meet your needs, and offer a combination of learning formats as well as training, combined with coaching.
ASSESSMENTS: Individual and group. Assessments assist in identifying individual strengths, and provide a basis for establishing coaching and training goals. Assessments can also be used by team and department members to identify each person's strengths from their own perspective, and that of others.
